明励志神父 Luigi Minella, S.J.

1911年9月17日，一位澳门的慈爱牧者和教育家、意大利籍耶稣会士明励志神父在德国诞生。明神父于1930年加入耶稣会初学院，1939到达我国中华大地福传。他于1945晋铎后，于安徽蚌埠的崇正中学任教，并在1951年到达香港，之后转抵澳门。当时眼见本澳贫困儿童众多，怀着基督大爱的明神父于1955秋正式开办利玛窦小学，从此为本澳培育出一代又一代优秀卓越，且德智兼备的青年领袖。我们感谢天主赐予澳门明神父这位慈爱的牧者和教育家，为当时本澳的贫困学生提供接受优质教育的机会。为此，我们同声祈祷，祈求上主眷顾下一代的教育。
